Policies
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation prior to the first session, to explore if this work is a good fit for you.
SCHEDULING: Please email me to schedule your phone consult, or a full session. The first session with me is always 90 minutes. After that, sessions can be between 60-90 minutes. Most of my clients see me every 2-4 weeks.
PAYMENT: I accept payment via cash, check, Venmo, or credit card. Payment is required in advance before your first visit to hold your appointment. Follow up visits may be paid for in person. Follow this link to provide payment for the first session.
Established patients of Dr. Mulliken at Sacred Heart Center receive $20 off each session. Boston Dance Alliance members receive $20 off each session. Sliding scale is available for clients with financial hardship. Please do not hesitate to contact me if cost is an issue.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Please text or call me if you are running late. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate other appointments following yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment, you will be responsible for the full session fee.
CANCELLATIONS: Life happens! If you need to cancel your session, please do your best to let me know with 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.
