Polarity Therapy in Boston with Kieran Jordan
The finer possibilities awaken when the individual is ready. — Dr. Stone
Hi, I’m Kieran
I’m a dancer, movement teacher, and energy healer. I offer Polarity Therapy sessions to help you connect to your highest sense of self, health, and purpose.
What Is Polarity Therapy?
Polarity Therapy is a method of clearing and balancing life energy in order to promote health and healing. As a form of complementary medicine, it is a “whole person” therapy that addresses an individual on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Polarity can assist in unwinding trauma patterns, regulating the nervous system, and restoring a person’s vitality or life force.
The founder of Polarity, Dr. Randolph Stone, was an osteopath, naturopath, and chiropractor. He also studied Yoga, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, so Polarity is a unique synthesis of Eastern and Western philosophies.
This is not physical therapy or massage — Polarity works on the body’s more subtle energy level — balancing the positive, negative, and neutral “poles” in the human electromagnetic field.
About My Sessions
My Polarity sessions include:
- therapeutic dialogue
- guided meditation
- energy clearing
- bodywork — with deep or light touch, rocking, stretching, and more
- essentials oils and sound
- peaceful, safe, non-judgmental environment
This work takes place with the client fully-clothed — first while seated and then while lying on a treatment table. Nutrition and exercise may also be addressed, from the Polarity perspective. Each session is unique and is guided by intuition and the client’s individual needs.
About My Clients
Often we find Polarity when something is out of balance in our lives. I am currently working with clients who are dealing with: anxiety and depression, chronic illnesses, musculoskeletal issues, sleep and hormone issues, grief and loss, life and work transitions, and more.
My ideal client is anyone who is curious about themselves and open to the possibility of living with greater resilience, clarity, embodiment, and ease.

My work with energy, bodies, and self-expression is informed by my lifetime in dance — with more than 20 years of professional experience in performance, teaching, choreography, and musical collaboration.
I have chosen to practice Polarity because I’ve experienced powerful release and transformation in myself through this work, as a client of practitioner Beth Adler-Duthe for many years.
In my early 20s, some physical and emotional challenges led me on a path towards holistic healing. I started exploring yoga and meditation, herbal medicine, and many forms of mind-body movement. All of these have nurtured me personally, and have enriched my work as a teacher and creative artist.
In 2017, I became severely sick with late-diagnosis Lyme Disease and other tick-borne infections. Through this illness, I have found energy healing modalities to be deeply supportive, in ways that have not been addressed by conventional medical treatments.
So I decided to seek out training, with Brian Jansen at the Polarity Therapy Institute in San Francisco. I am a member of APTA (the American Polarity Therapy Association), and I’m currently working towards the Polarity Therapy Board Certification exam.
