Mindful Movement (online)
Online classes are scheduled for Eastern Time. A Zoom link will be emailed to you 24 hours before the start of the first class. Please make sure we have your correct email address! Pre-registration deadline for the second fall session of this class is October 19th.
This 60 minute class invites students to come into deeper awareness of their bodies, with a movement experience that fosters grounding, release, and energy flow. Drawing from somatic practices such as Bartenieff Fundamentals and Polarity Yoga, Kieran will lead a restorative and enlivening class, with guided exercises and improvisations done lying on the floor, sitting, standing, and moving through space (however possible in your Zoom room!). This class is like a moving meditation that offers a gentle “reset” for your body and mind. No experience is needed. Join us!
Each class in this series will be recorded and made available to students for one week, before the next class.
